My dishwasher is less than stellar when it comes to cleaning all the soap off my dishes. We had resorted to using liquid dishwasher soap in the dishwasher but even that often failed! These little tablets are great. We've run about 4 loads with no issue. Clean dishes and a healthy planet, what more do you need?

I really like the Ecover laundry soap. I'm able to use much less of it than the manufacturer suggests, and I've never had trouble with the powder lingering on clothes. Clothes get clean and I feel good about using the product. I like the handy little scoop, too!

Not as Green as you would think...

It annoys me when items are individually wrapped when they need not be. These tablets clean well enough but are individually wrapped. WHY? I prefer the tablets from Method. They also seem to work better than these, I have had to rewash items when using Ecover. Method comes in a plastic container but at least I don't have to attempt to recycle a bunch of little teeny plastic wrappers just one container.

These are great!! Works just as well as any of the name brand non eco-friendly ones. Why not use something better for the environment and for your own well being?? Especially when these do the same job if not better.

You don't have to sacrifice cleanliness to be green! These work as well or better than any dishawasher soap I have used, including powders and liquids.

Product works with minimal pollution. Chlorine is very dangerous and forms dioxins and other toxins when released down the drain. Phosphates are a major cause of the enormous dead zone at the mouth of the Missisippi. This product has no chlotine or phosphates. Wow!!!

This is a wonderful product, works great, is very easy to use just like the conventional/commercial products, but is better for the environment. Obviously price is always an issue with most of the "green products," but you can make this work for you and your budget if you conserve and use wisely. I break the tablet in 1/2 when doing a smaller load of dishes that has to get done before we leave or a load of dishes that are not heavily caked with food residue, the tablets still work great and we still have really clean dishes and a better green house. Every little bit helps!

I used to hate the chemical stink of the dishwasher water. Ecover tablets don't produce those gag-inducing smells and work as well as the major brands I was using. Since I have a filter in my dishwasher, I either scrape off hunks of food or give a yucky plate a quick spritz of water -- that's it. I also wash crystal wine glasses with each load. Have been using it for a year in conjunction with Wave Jet rinse agent. I couldn't be more pleased, and I don't have that gag-inducing dishwasher smell. Since my husband has asthma, it helps keep the kitchen more comfortable for him as well. I love having a "Green" kitchen.
