Bottom line... THIS STUFF WORKS! And you can use it on just about any fabric (or thing) in your house. Zout got a red wine stain out of my white carpet - no other cleaner could! It works on old dried stains too. I had a chocolate stain on a white shirt that I used another stain remover on and added bleach alternative to the wash. This shirt had been washed about 15 times before I used Zout on it. Zout - One time - stain was gone!! I also used it on an old coffee stain on the kitchen counter - gone! This stuff is AMAZING! The new formula is even better (the spray foam); it even won "Best Stain Remover" in a stain remover contest in 2007.

Got this to clean my son's white baseball pants because it claims to have special enymes to get out different stains, grass being one of them specificly listed. Well, long story short followed directions and pants came out nice and clean except the bright green grass stains which was exactly the result I got with just the laundry detergent alone. Sprayed them with shout and rewashed. Perfect. I can't believe people think this works better, I don't know what they are washing, but this is the same results I got with blood, chocolate and other stains because I didn't want to just throw the whole bottle, but it is like wasting money twice, once buying this and then again rewashing everything. I seriously can not believe that this has such great reviews.

This product is the only stain remover that I've used...and I've tried them all in all 'strengths'...that will get old dryer set in stains out! I have used it on everything from baby clothes to my husband's work clothes with never a disappointment! not sure what's different about it than the others, but it works!

Excellent product except for the strong smell, which I find unpleasant. Others may think it's fine. The stain and smell comes off the article of clothing in the wash, but the smell lingers in the room.

I became a fan years ago when I was doing some calligraphy and knocked over the bottle. I had on a brand new light colored outfit and was horrified to find out one sleeve had dipped into the ink. I went to the dry cleaners right away. The girl at the counter told me the stain would probably be there, possibly a bit lighter but there. I went to the store I bought the outfit from and the sales associates were sympthetic and tried brainstorming on how to get the stain out. I went to a nearby drugstore and perused the aisles. I checked out the stain removers and came across Zout. I've used quite a few stain removers and noticed they do work to a certain extent. I decided to give Zout a try just because it was a new product for me. I'm so glad I came across this product because it worked in completely taking the stain out. Not lightened. It took the stain out. So I think it is worth the price. I love Zout!
