Cannot stay asleep at night without this product. Have RLS really bad and this product helps a lot. Thanks.

taste not great but does work

I was so thankful to come across these as I was ordering Hyland's Leg Cramps with Quinine, which is what I was using for RLS. These work fast and I sleep like a baby. There's no drowsiness the next day like with the prescription medication my doctor gave me.

i've suffered from rls for years, but unfortunately this has done nothing for me. i've tried upping the dosage a bit, but still no results.

This product works for me when I am lying in bed and get a jerky feeling in my legs where I want to keep stretching them and moving them. I keep the bottle at bedside and can just put 3 tablets under my tongue and within about 15 to 20 minutes, the sensations are gone and I can go back to sleep. MUCH better solution than dangerous prescription products for this problem.

I have tried everything and this product really works! I am a former pharmacy tech and not sure what is in this stuff, but when it is 3am and your leggs are twitching...who really cares if it works! I have experenced NO side effects, no bad tase, works in very short time. I keep it on the nightstand and when I feel the leg shaking coming on, just pop 2-3 under the tounge and go back to sleep...and stay asleep! I have recommended this product to other suffers. You must give it a try if you suffer from leg jerks that drive you crazy! I have Fibromyalgia and take several meds and have not had any reaction with other meds or side effects! What can you loose? The legs jerks...so try it!

I wouldn't try this for many years, as I thought it would not work. One night I had really bad restless legs. I decided that taking this couldn't hurt. It worked almost immediately. I regret having waited so long.

I never seemed to get results when I took three tablets as recommended but if I take four, it does seem to help!
