I am a 25 year old that finds grown up vitamins too strong (they sometimes upset my stomach) and I love these because they are gentle, effective and taste just great. Since I started taking them daily my immune system has gotten so strong that I barely get sick, not even when my roommate has the flu. This, I would say, is the best benefit a vitamin supplement can give me. I just wish they were a little less expensive, but even with the price tag I'll keep buying this ones.

This vitamin is easy to take and the kids love it, but it is nutritionally incomplete. Growing little ones are in precious need of minerals like iron, selenium and magnesium--all lacking in this vitamin. The nutrients that it does provide are provided in inadequate amounts for optimum health. These gummies are little more than a gimmick.

I found these as part of a transition i'm doing with the kids. One to get them off the chalky types of vitamins they disliked the taste of and as part of our conversion to more natural items. The kids seem to love the taste of this and even our 13 year old prefers to take these instead of the adult vitamins we take because he likes them so much!
