I take these every day. My bf loves them and usually takes 5 before I catch him because he believes that he needs a lot more vitamins than a 2 year old body does. Yes, these are for kids. But grown ups can take them too! They taste like gummy bears. Just beware that your children might want to start eating these like candy!

I am a 25 year old that finds grown up vitamins too strong (they sometimes upset my stomach) and I love these because they are gentle, effective and taste just great. Since I started taking them daily my immune system has gotten so strong that I barely get sick, not even when my roommate has the flu. This, I would say, is the best benefit a vitamin supplement can give me. I just wish they were a little less expensive, but even with the price tag I'll keep buying this ones.

All my kids love these--they taste like regular gummy bears. Only problem is to get 100% of the vitamins and nutrients, kids would have to take at least 2 a day.

My girls love these vitamins! I bought some different chewable multivitamins for them a while ago since they were available at our grocery store, but they both complained and begged for these again. We won't be without them again!
