Bought this for moderate acne and have to say I'm pretty impressed! Does reduce size of blemishes.

zeno is just a really cool product! i am very content with mine. after owning a zeno for close to 3 yrs., i even just went online to buy one for my fiancee. just use it on the blemish and the zeno does its work. day 2 after using it, my face is clear again. just charge it on a regular basis like the book says, which i do every 2 or 3 weeks and i've had no trouble at all. sweet! sweet! sweet!

The device works great, but not for very long. I have had 2 of these in the last 3 years. They just stop working. I even have extra cartridges left over that I bought with the first one. It was definitely not from over use, so I do not know what is wrong with them.

this zit zapper really works. i love to zap at night and wake up to a clearer face. does not dry out my skin either like creams.

I read some of the other reviewers comments. After using this product for a little over a year and just now purchasing my first tip, I can say that for someone with mild to moderate acne which is what this device is recommended for, tip replacement is not even close to 1 week (To go thru a 90 use tip in 7 days, you would have to roughly use it about 13 times a day for 7 days straight, which is A LOT of blemishes! If you are doing this, then you probably have severe acne, which is stated in the directions that this product is NOT for. Otherwise, you are probably overusing the product...not recommended either as a couple treatments during the course of a day usually gets the job done). If you have severe acne, I suggest that you go to your doctor for other alternatives as this device may not be for you. If you have mild to moderate acne, then this device should be right up your alley. It uses a comfortable level of heat to kill the blemish bacteria, but it is nothing unbearable really. Ideally, you use at the first sight of the blemish before it disrupts the skin. So, you kill the bacteria before it creates all the skin destruction via the blemish. I use it at first visibility of a new blemish and normally a treatment or two makes it go away pretty darn fast. When I say fast, it happens not instantly, but slowly like by the end of the day or the following day. The treated area just gets smaller and smaller until you cannot see it anymore. Even on older pimples, it has helped speed up the healing time for me. Without a treatment, my blemishes can last anywhere from one to two weeks if they are super big. With a treatment or so, the lifespan of a blemish is essentially reduced, gradually, to about a day or two. Read the directions first though. This is a great product when used as directed and if you have realistic expectations (No product on the market that can make a blemish disappear instantly! ). The only drawback that I can say, other than that it is not for severe acne, is that it does not work on blackheads and it sometimes leaves a slight pinkness every once in a while where you use it, but it doesn't bother me because it only lasts about 5 or 10 minutes (which is much better than the flip side of having a big, sore blemish). If you tenderly hold it on the blemish when in use as recommended, you will be less apt to experience any pinkness at all. Overall, I would say it is a nice alternative to blemish creams. It is definitely worth giving a try since it has a good return policy.

I have combination skin and I seem to always have a zit. Its never a breakout, just one zit right after the other, one leaves and the next day another comes. Its not "acne" per say, but its agrivating and leaves scars on my otherwise clear skin. So I bought this to take care of the eventual pimple that would come along. It seems to work if you catch the pimple in the VERY beginning but then, I have no proof that the thing would eventually be a pimple. It you catch it when its a little red and painful, you're done sister because this thing doesn't do anything! Save your money. I wish I could return it. I think it actually makes the pimples bigger and spread them all over. The heat is not hot enough to kill the bacteria, so (if you know anything about bacteria) heat causes it to grow, too much heat kills it. This thing just doesn't work. That's the bottom line.

This product is WAY too expensive to use more than occasionally. The device is expensive, and the replacement cartridge tips are expensive; I went through one tip in a week, and at [$] a pop for the tips you're better off going to an esthetician for argon/neon treatments since those are more effective in killing bacteria on the skin than these useless tips. This product didn't help any of the pimples I treated (I followed directions exactly and treated as soon as I noticed a blemish); I still ended up with blemishes. If you get more than a pimple or two once in a while, then spend your money on something else.

Great tool! I used it the day I got it on 3 pimples and they were gone the next day. It did not irritate my very sensitive skin other than temporary redness.(10 min) Way better than irritating, drying and typically slow working topical treatments I've used in the past.

This was complete waste for me, and too bad because I really hoped it would help. Instead of getting rid of my pimples, it only irritated my skin further, making it look more red and inflamed than it did BEFORE I used it. I take very good care of my skin, but occaisionally I have breakouts. This product did not help ONE bit. If I could, I would give this ZERO stars, but the rating format does not allow for that.

I sent a Zeno to my niece who is 26 and expecting. She says it works great! I tried it once before I sent it and the pimple went away in one treatment! The heat kills the bacteria, and the pimple simply fades away!
