NOT ONLY DOES THIS HELP WITH MOTION SICKNESS, I HAVE FOUND THAT I DON'T HAVE SINUS ISSUES LIKE I USED TO. BEFORE, I WOULD FEEL TERRIBLE FOR SEVERAL DAYS AFTER FLYING BECAUSE OF CABIN PRESSURE; NOW I DON'T. AS FOR SLEEPINESS, I USUALLY TAKE A LITTLE NAP WHEN I TRAVEL ANYWAY BUT I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM STAYING AWAKE IF I NEED TO. GREAT PRODUCT. I USE TO TAKE DRAMANINE BUT IT REALLY KNOCKED ME OUT. NOW THE TABLETS ARE FLAVORED SO I CAN CHEW AND SWALLOW WITHOUT WATER.

I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease in August 2006. The physician suggested taking Bonine since the ingredients were the same as in a prescription medication. I have not been without a supply of Bonine since. At the first sign of dizziness from Meniere's or as a precaution before going out on the boat fishing I take my Bonine. Yes, it has a nasty flavor which I consider a minor compared to the dizziness. For the Menieres' dizziness, after taking it I do get drowsy. When I take it and continue to be moving around as when I am fishing I do not get so drowsy. I have taken Dramimine also but I prefer the Bonine, it seems to work much better and I have recommended this product to many others

I bought these instead of Dramamine because it said it causes less drowsiness. I've already taken them a couple of times and the same thing happens each time. They do NOTHING for my car sickness and I end up making the driver pull over so I can drive and avoid throwing up. Then, about two hours later, I'm hit with the most INTENSE feeling of sleepiness I've ever had. So tired that when I get home, I can barely make it in before I crash on the bed. Any tries to wake myself up or "snap out of it" are a waste of time. It's almost as if I'm completely drugged and incoherent. So I will not be taking these again and suggest you don't either.

Every year for the Thanksgiving holiday, my husband and I drive seven hours from Maryland to New York to see my family. I usually get severe headaches, dizziness, and mild nausea on any long car ride. But Bonine really really helps. I started taking Bonine pills a few years ago, on the drive there and the drive back. Worked like a charm. I wouldn't feel sick at all. I've recommended the pills to everyone I know. I just swallow them with water a couple of hours before getting in the car, and I don't need to worry for a full day!

About two years ago, I was experiencing Vertigo. It would hit and stay for several days. It was football season and we had planned a trip for my sister and her husband to come out from Texas and go to a game in San Diego. I was having my vertigo that day and was hardly able to walk. At this point I was ready to forget the big game and stay home. To the rescue was my sister with this little pink tablet. She said try it and see if is helps. It did; if it wasn't for my sister and her Bonine tablets, our trip would have been ruined. I did have to take about 2-3 throughout the day for the vertigo, but it did not have any adverse side effects.

This product worked great for me! I took it each day on a 7-day cruise and didn't get sick once. I usually get sea sick very badly, so this was a great choice for me. I highly recommend this product.

This product is amazing. I fly quite a bit, including home to the UK. They don't make me drowsy and after taking two tablets, I don't have to worry about motion sickness for 24 hours! I recommend this product wholeheartedly!

This product is wonderful! My daughter gets very carsick. In the past we have used dramamine, which was effective, however it always made her so tired. Once we were no longer moving she was sleeping. Not much fun for her to go anywhere. With bonine she does not get sick, and she has absolutley no side effects. I highly recommend giving this product a try.

I've been using bonine for years and it always works great. For those that complain of the taste...just swallow it like a pill - problem solved!

I get motion sickness very easily, in cars, airplanes, trains and boats. When my family and I went to Italy years ago without this, I would throw up the entire way of the 8 hour flight and back home again. I asked my doctor and he told me about these. I tried them the next summer on my flight to Italy. I was nervous at first, but they worked like a charm, and the best thing is one pill lasts for a full 24 hours until other similar products that have to be taken every 6 hours. The only reason this product doesnt get a five star rating is because it has a bit of a chalky taste, but it is worth it for the rewards! I will never travel without this again!
