Have used this product for years to keep sea sickness at bay. I like that it is chewable - so even when I forget to take it an hour before we travel, I can pop them in my mouth when I remember. Doesen't make me drowsy either. Would recommend.

I did not think this would work as I get motion sickness easily. Never want to take other things that make me groggy and knock me out. This has no side effects. I took with crackers (no sweets) 1 hr prior to boat ride. Worked great! No problems (which I usually have!). (Suggestion: Also, drink ginger beer-a spicy soda sort of like root beer-, easily found in the Carribbean, which prevents nausea and stomache upset.)

I keep a package with me and chew a tablet when I feel a certain congestion that can signal the onset of a vertigo attack. The active ingredient and dosage is the same as medication prescribed by my physician, but the chewable form makes it much more acceptable. The best part is that it seems to work.

If boarding a ship or boat start the day before then one a day while on board. This without doubt the best motion sickness tablet I have ever found. Easy to carry, chewable, and works fast!

I do alot of traveling and rarely get motion sickness, but it only took one time on a plane to cause me concern on my next flight. I chewed 2 Bonine (which taste yummy) one hour before my flight and NEVER had ANY problem after that. Have used them on cruises also where I did get a slight motion sickness during a bad storm. Highly recommend this product!

Took one pill the night before and took a second pill an hour before a VERY rough boat trip. Neither of us got seasick and one of us tends to get seasick just sitting in a tube on the water! First time users.

I have been on airplanes before and would find myself feeling horrible before I even got on the plane. The idea of being in the air doesn't bother me, its the motion on the airplane that does. Taking flight, mid-air, any torbulence and landing always made me sick. I am taking medications and wanted something that would not interfer with them, plus something that I could take without water. This worked far better then any other motion sickness medicine that I had taken before - I will use this for any airplane ride again! I just followed the instructions, and on my two plane rides I did wonderfully. I never once felt sick to my stomach or had a headache, and we even had some storms we had to fly through. So if you are sensitive to motion be it in a car, plane or train I would say give this a try. It's very affordable so if you dislike it you didn't waste a lot of money.

Every year my family and I go on our boat to the Bahamas, and every year we take bonine. It works really well and from what I can tell it has no side effects for me. The only bad thing about is that it tastes pretty horrible, which makes it a little hard to swallow. Just take it with water and hold your nose, and I would recomend that you don't chew it before swallowing.
