My son gets pretty slimy under his neck during the day, so we bathe him every night before bed as part of our bedtime routine. This soap washes clean, is very gentle, and has yet to cause any dryness or irritation even with daily use.

I bought this product for myself, because a few of the reviews said it is good, and gentle for adults, as well as babies. I was looking for a fragrance-free product. Even though it said "Lightly Scented," the ingredients did not list fragrance, so I thought it would be OK. The ingredients listed here, on drugstore.com, ARE WRONG. In addition to the listed ingredients. there is "FRAGRANCE, May contain Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid." If you want a fragrance free Baby Body Wash look at "Aveeno Baby, Fragrance Free, Soothing Relief Creamy Wash."

I actually bought this to bathe my new puppy with. I trust Aveeno products, and I wanted something gentle for him. I compared the ingredients to some puppy shampoo I was going to buy, and the Aveeno sounded better & healthier to me. It worked great and no sensitivity or irritation! Very light, pleasant scent - not at all overpowering.

I have sensitive skin that is easy to get red tiny spots, so pay much attention to choosing the good product. Finally I find this one! The first impression wow~~it's easy to use (coz I have short hair). Then, the subtle and pleasant smell! Then, the smooth and comfortable feeling! I do not have any children, I use this body wash on myself. I began using this just on a whim because I have sensitive skin. I saw it and thought "If it is gentle enough for baby, it must be good for me too." I'm glad I did, because this body wash is fantastic. I haven't had a single rash or itch. I also use it on my hair and it makes it so soft and clean. It has a nice, clean scent as well.

I have been using this on my children for years now. I have three, ages 6, 3, & 19 months. Each child has eczema on different areas of their body. I have found it to be non-irritating to their skin even though it smells so good! It really cleans their hair and skin. Every time I go to try something else I always come back to this hair and body wash. Nothing is quite like it!

My baby had rashes on his arms and legs, and after changing his laundry detergent and watching his diet, I finally switched to this product, and his skin is doing great. I have to say that the scent is pretty heavy for a product that is supposed to be "lightly scented". And the scent does linger - but I love it!!
