This product is easy to use and I am very happy with the results. I have spent a lot of money on trying lots of whiteners and by far this is the best. I was surprised I had no sensitivity because the regular whitestrips hurt.

I've tried this kit and returned it right away. Because I can't even put the kit in my mouth for more than 5 seconds. The tray is just not flexible at all. It just pops out from my mouth right away if I don't use 100% muscle strength around my mouth to hold it. And it requires you to do that for 20 minutes. Can you imagine the pain and frustration?!

The iWhite system works as advertised, as my teeth are now half white, the best they've been in 25 years. Probably would've been better if I hadn't errored and skipped the 3rd day, but I'm very satisfied with the results. I like the fact there wasn't a lot of known and unknown ingredients, though the free tube of toothpaste was loaded with them. Several small quirks are: the battery cap won't snap in so a small strip of tape holds it in place, and drugstore.com doesn't sell the refills.
