I use this gel to moisturize my legs every day. I like it, because it does not contain oil and make my legs feel greasy. It also does not feel sticky like pure or almost pure aloe vera. I have sensitive skin and can even use the gel after shaving without irritation. It has a wonderful smell when it's wet that's "clean" but not overpowering and wears off after it dries, so it does not clash with perfumes. The drying time depends on how much you put on. A light coat can dry in under 2-5 minutes. The more you put on, the better it moisturizes. I put a medium coat on and it takes about ten minutes, so I do my make-up while it's drying on my legs. I have also used it for mild to moderate sunburn. It feels cool and refreshing on sunburn. It also comes in a 16oz. size, which is what I prefer because I use so much of it. I wish drugstore.com would sell that size. It becomes hard to find in the winter in PA, which is why I have bought it from drugstore.com.

Amazingly it also made my skin look noticeably better after a couple weeks, so I started applying it to my entire face and forehead. Weeks later I look younger. Trouble is the formula has changed. So disappointing.

I use tan towels for instant sun, and they work well, but if I use moisturizer, there goes my tan! I bought this last year, and it doesn't remove my instant tan as fast, which is good, but it barely moisturizes -- though for me, better than nothing. Unfortunately, they add a green tint to it that makes my skin look green -- not Hulk green, more like a subtle Spock green -- and it doesn't fade. I might get this again this year, just because, like I said, it doesn't fully remove my fake tan, and it does moisturize a little, but I think I'll try real Aloe first.

After applying this to my child's sunburn, she broke out in a severe allergic reaction (which seems to happen from most of Banana Boats products). You would think that an Aloe Vera soother would feel great on a sunburn, but the Aloe is listed 8th on the ingredient list and also has Alcohol in it, so it really isn't soothing at all. By using this product it made my child more uncomfortable from the swollen face and bumps than the actual sunburn.

Really great for sun burns especially if you put in it the fridge before use. I would give it 5 stars if it wasen't green, afer it dries it leaves a green residue. I love the scent.

Works just fine to relieve sunburn, but if you read the ingredients list, you'll find there is hardly any aloe in it. Better off getting the 100% aloe!
