This drugstore mascara beats out the expensive ones each and every time. It is the only one that I use. Tried a "big name brand" ([$]) recently and was left with the infamous racoon eyes despite its claims that it would never run. After finding this one I will not be tempted again! Save your money, folks, and buy this one - the best value for the dollar!

There are SO many mascaras out there! I have tried most of them, I think. Some are 5 times the cost of this one, others are perhaps a little less $$. This is an excellent mascara at any price, but luckily it's very affordable. I like this one for its ease of application and for the fact that it doesn't run. Previously the only kind I've used that didn't do that were waterproof ones, and I really don't like those. For every day wear this one is good. For night time going out I apply an extra coat. It's dynamite.

I thought this stuff might run easily since its not waterproof, and I use contact lens drops frequently throughout the day, but it stays put well enough. It also doesnt cause that heavy, irritated feeling to your eyes/lids that you can get at the end of the day after a long day of waterproof mascara. And its not clumpy, at all. YES!

This is the best drugstore mascara (assuming you can actually FIND it in drugstores). It doesn't give you spidey eyes but it elongates and thickens each and every lash. It's a staple for me.

I purchased this mascara in black after reading rave reviews on another website, and I can say this didn't disappoint! L'Oreal Voluminous has been my holy grail for years, but recently I have tried several new mascaras just to see what else is out there. The other mascaras have been ok, but still didn't take the place of my Voluminous- until now. I love the wand- it's not too thick, nor too thin- same with the formula- it's perfect. I could easily get away with one coat. And I like the smaller end of the wand for getting those tiny lashes in the corners of my eye. My lashes look so much thicker, and longer, and best of all, there is no clumping while applying this product. I have no smears, smudges, or flaking. And it doesn't weigh my lashes down either- they stay curled all day. I can't believe how well this has performed- I have my daughter hooked on it now too!
