I have very dry skin all-over along with sensitive skin only on face. This cream did not work well on my face however it worked better than cetaphil as a body moisturizer. There is an off-putting smell for a few seconds initially. Doesnt leave skin feeling greasy or shiny but moisturizes well. I have not used this cream in summer /warmer months, so dont know how it'll feel then.

Tried all other leading products but could not reverse dry skin break-outs on the face (especially in winter), only could barely control them with petrolatum based products, everything else just caused futher irritation and itching. Bought this 3 days ago, and it has started working GREAT!!! since day 1. Don't feel any itch and the skin texture remains smoother than with any other product, can go through the whole day without thinking about my skin. The ceramides seem to work as the reversing action to exfoliate dry dead skin has began by day 2. Stays on for almost the whole day, so a second application in the day is optional. Hats off to this product.

I have tried every moisturizer and hand cream imaginable, and I was never truly satisfied with any one. They either didn't moisturize well enough, felt too greasy or gummy, or had a horrible scent. Thanks to the reviews here, I tried CeraVe for my dry hands and minor eczema. I am so glad I did. Within a day, my skin feels so much better. A small dab of this cream goes a long way, and it leaves my skin feeling soft for hours. This cream absorbs instantly-- no greasy feel after application at all. I don't notice any scent. Best of all, this is not an expensive product considering the size of the container and how well it works. The only minor downside is that the regular size comes in a jar rather than a squeeze tube. The travel-size tubes will be great for my handbag though.
