I started using CeraVe on my 5 month-old son who has significant eczema. I tried Aquaphor, Triple Cream, Mustela, and Aveeno products prior and although they helped with the redness nothing stopped the itching. CeraVe has helped him itch less and restored his skin to baby soft.

I have contact dermatitis on my hands for years now. This is the only product that works well with my skin condition. None of the prescription drugs really works for me, the Rx drugs are often greasy,messy, and smelly. Cerave is odorless and is not greasy at all. It is an over the counter drug and certainly costs less than prescription drugs. You just need to moisturized often.

This is more effective than Bliss Body Butter and gentle enough to use on the face. It is really, really thick and creamy and my dry, sensitive skin just soaked it all up with a big sigh of relief. Good for elbow, knees, and dry faces.

Lotion wasn't cutting it anymore, as my skin became drier, so I wanted to get a cream. But I hate the thickness and stickiness of creams. This body cream has a great consistency, because it's not too thick at all and it glides on. It feels very refreshing after a shower. Best of all, it keeps your skin moist for a long time, longer than any lotion I've tried and just as long as stickier creams out there. P.S. My husband has a bit of psoriasis, and he tried this and thought it helped.

I just recently got a container of this cream from my dermatologist. I have very dry skin on my legs. The main thing he told me was to apply it to damp or wet skin. He said it goes on better that way and also goes farther. He said to never apply it to dry (as apposed to wet) skin. I haven't been using it long enough to fully evaluate it but so far I like it. I also like the fact that it does not have a perfume smell.
