Worried we got a bad batch, rest assured, my previous assessment stands on this formula...purchased at grocery with same result. Horrible!! Watered down, has no effect whatsoever on hair. Save your money & skip this product. Aussie has made MANY formula changes over the years, this one is a lost cause.

Been using Aussie Awesome Volume Conditioner for years. My last order, the big UH OH!! They changed the formula. No longer heavy thick luxurious product...very watered down & ineffective. Too bad.

This product is going in the trash ! I have bought Aussie products in the past and was very pleased. They usually work well and smell great. This one doesn't work at all. I am almost 60 years old so have lots of experience with shampoo and conditioner. I have short, fine and straight hair. I don't fuss with it, use a little mousse and blow dry it. I use volumizing conditioner to give a little body. I bought the Aussie volumizing shampoo with this conditioner. It leaves my hair looking like I haven't washed it in days. Greasy. Yuk. I even experimented with trying just the cond. without the shampoo and vice versa. While the shampoo isn't great any longer the conditioner is awful. Wasted money on this one, bought a bottle of store brand cheap stuff and my hair looks like I can at least go out in public again.

It detangles my hair and makes it smooth and soft, but it does not help with frizz. If you have frizzy hair I would not recommend it

I heard people raving about Aussie conditioners so I just had to try it. At first I was impressed (please note I had been using stuff I found at the dollar store) but I began to realize it was only mediocre when compared to other brands. The conditioner does not feel very thick and I had to use alot of it every time I washed/conditioned my hair. It did not seem very moisturizing which is another reason I used heeps of it every time I took a shower (I also did not like how it looked, the color or consistency, it appeared "watered down"). Also, whenever I would let my hair air dry it would become a frizz ball (not as bad as the dollar store brand but still very noticeable). I basically upgraded to another brand and am perfectly happy with frizz-free, air-dried hair

I am 60 and need a volume boost to my naturally wavy ( and still only @ 5% gray) hair.
This product promises a boost in volume...I did not see any.
