Drugstore brands: H/S is the best. I do not have dandruff but I do have a receding hairline. I've read that people with thinning hair should use dandruff shampoos. Regardless, this is far better than the ever-award winning Pantene. This one tingles but that loses it's effect with more uses. I like this...a lot.

This shampoo works well, smells great,etc...BUT if you get even the tiniest bit near your eye, you will experience searing pain. I feel like I get it into my eye daily! And I really think I'm rinsing completely but it still seems to sting my eyes. I might get someone more gentle.
