Pros: Simple To Take

Bottom Line: recommended

I started taking fish oil supplement upon doctor's suggestion -- "though your LDL is really low, you should also increase HDL ". With all my number are in the healthy zone, this product is taken as complimentary measures . I didn't really check 30 time per year at my cholesterol levels, can't claim 'quick' effect or not, but I didn't feel anything bad either.
