I did the cookie diet for one week on, one week off, one week on and one week off. Started four weeks before my wedding for the sole purpose of losing those final pounds. I lost them, I fit in the dress and the photos look great. Now I can go back to my normal diet. They do exactly what they say they will do and are good for quick weight loss for a special occasion. Taste great, suppress appetite. Kind of fun, actually.

I ILIKE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I CAN USE IT WHEN I AM ON THE "RUN". I AM AT MY BASIC WEIGHT SO I KEEP THEM HANDY FOR THE OVER EATING DAYS. I use the cookie every morning as a replacement meal instead of eating muffins or bagels. I have a normal lunch and dinner. On the weekend I eat 3-4 cookies then have a regular meal. I generally lose 2 lbs. over the weekend. This may not work for everybody, but overall I've lost 10 lbs, in 3 months doing it this way, with no side effects. Now, I'm simply maintaining my weight. I recommend that you do not stock up in order to keep your supply fresh -- buy 3 boxes maximum.

I've purchased these diet cookies before and loved them. They are a steal at this price! I have one for breakfast and it keeps me full. They're fun to eat. They don't taste like a non-diet cookie but that's okay. I think they're rather good.

These cookies really work, great choice to compliment any diet regimen. I am a vegetarian and I consider myself a healthy eater, Hollywood Cookies improved my diet and helped me lose weight faster. They are good snacks to eat between meals and curb your cravings/appetite. They taste ok but not horrible,compliment them with coffee or tea. The only con for me is sometimes I get gas after eating one. After witnessing my success with weight loss some of my friends started Hollywood Cookie Diet but they never complained of gas so I believe it is not a common side effect. I tried many products but Hollywood Cookie is the BEST!!!!Ps. [...]

These make a great breakfast. I keep hearing to lose weight you need a high fiber breakfast and these fit the bill. They give me a lot of energy in the morning to start the day strong. I do not use them as the diet states, because it is too expensive and I do not believe fad diets are healthy. I think that it is better to use something like this as a supplement, than as your nearly soul source of nutrition. That said, I love these and they taste awesome ! Too bad they are so pricey ! I got them on buy one get one free and I hope they go on sale again soon ! They are so good!

I was hoping that these cookies would fill me up and replace two meals a day. They are easy to use, the chocolate in them was good, however, they tasted stale, did NOT fill me up or suppress my appetite. They might be more effective for the very young women with a couple of vanity pounds to use. Long term usage would be intolerable. Sorry.

This cookie is decent. I wouldn't call it delicious by any means. It IS a diet cookie. As long as you keep this in mind you'll do fine with it. With all that said this is WHY I have ordered the Choc. chip and not the other flavors as they haev gotten wrose reviews. Once in a while if I'm home I will throw it in the microwave- to soften it up. That helps me get it down a little better.

This is such as easy way to lose weight. It's great for an after vacation weight adjustment. The cookies taste great and they eliminate any feelings of hunger. The diet is not difficult at all and when I'm busy it's nice to be able to just grab this quick satisfying snack.

If you are really serious about wanting to get rid of those pounds then this is the product to use!! Its not easy! I eat the cookies 4 times a day and a small lean protein filled dinner. I have very few hunger pains during the day, yes there are some but hey I need to loose weight. I am full and feel good! The weight flies off!!!! In 4 days I lost 8 lbs! I have a lot more to go but it was an encouragement to see! The hard part is the weekends! I would suggest not working out until maintenance, you will go into starvation mode since you are eating very little and the loss will be less. I walk everyday to work and thats about it. They are not tollhouse cookies but they are good. I tried to other cookie diets out there and these do have more carbs and sugars but they taste much better!!!! The others make me want to nto diet anymore!! They are hard to find in the stores though! Get them here, they are cheaper anyway!
