I've been using the hollywood cookies for about 3-4 months to lose the weight and now I use the cookies for breakfast and as a snack to maintain. They taste great and are so convenient. I am not really good at portion control and the cookies satisfy my sweet tooth. Eat alot of fruit and vegetables also.
