The flavor is decent but not as good as the oatmeal or chocolate chip cookies. They really do fill you up and help you cut back on calories. A good once-in-a-while cookie diet to help lost weight after a vacation.

This wasn't bad, I love love love the choc chip and oatmeal, this one I will have with a cup of coffee or tea once in a while to break up the flavors. You have to remember this is not a cookie, its a weight loss plan! This will not be the famous cookies you love but I think for what it is, it tastes pretty good. The weight continues to fall off! thats the important part!

Do not eat these cookies. They are horrible. Lemon tastes like nothing, chocolate tastes like stale coffee, and the oatmeal raisin tastes like cardboard. If you wanna eat a cookie on a diet, you are better off eating a Luna bar or Apex Protein Cookies.
