This definitely works, but unless you have a long weekend to sleep, or you're retired, I do not recommend it. It knocked me out for two days.

I take one of these 30-45 minutes before bed time. It takes the edge off, and helps me sleep with absolutely no morning sleepiness. It's mild, but does the job well.
