Actually really works! Just one pill right before bedtime. Although the pills actually stink (no better way to put it because the Valerian root naturally smells that way), once it is swallowed (swallow quickly) the smell instantly disappears so you actually only get one quick whiff of it. You can smell the pill only when you punch it out of the plastic to take it. But, even with that one con, I highly recommend it because it really does work.

Wow where to start... this product was amazing! I tried to find it here at a store but apparently the health stores say they shouldnt have even put the valerian and melatonin together... who knows but this works a miracle for me! I am always waking up in the middle of the night and in the morning I feel like I didnt sleep at all. Thats not the case when I take these pills. It puts me in bed on time and I get up on time and definitely feel refreshed! I hope they keep making it even if they werent supposed to put the two together! But I will warn you these pills stink horribly and your hand and mouth will smell very strange for a little while but I promise its worth it the next morning! BUY IT!
