I've been using Barbasol since my father, a barber of over 35 years recommended when I first started shaving. It's easy to apply, only takes a little and lifts that beard so you can get that clean close shave you want! Some people complain that the lanolin clogs the sink and disposable blades. I've never had a problem as long as I let a little hot water run, which most guys do when they shave to rinse the blade. LADIES! Another plus...besides being good to your soft skin. Barbasol is great to clean your carpet! No kidding! The mixture of the lanolin and acohol will lift stains right up. To test this I cleaned an area in front of my wife's door at her office. We're talking heavy stains! I had know idea that a few cans of Barbasol would make it look like a professional cleaning. All it took was a little elbow grease and a wet and dry towel rag. It's also great for sunburn and exposed skin in winter. Just use a small amount...here the tube is better.

Whatever you do please do not spend your money on this "garbage in a tube"! Barbasol set this up to sound like it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Not even close! I shave my head, face and so on in the shower. It had zero consistency, no staying power, didn't provide a close shave at all and you had to use gobs of it for it to stay on. It didn't assist my razor's performance like some creams and afterwards my skin just felt awful! Regular Barbasol in a can is FAR superior to this (as far as Barbasol goes of couse) and costs less. So if you just have to use Barbasol stick with the stuff in the can . . . I threw this in the can after one experience!

This is a great shave cream. It is as good as Cremo and Eos which are the best that I have found so far. I have tried Truefitt&Hill, Proraso, Tabac, etc.; I have gone through at least twenty different shave creams and gels and this is one of the top three. Note well: the aerosol travel-size one is no good, the cream is too drying and leaves a post-shave roughness - my comments only apply to Sensitive Skin in the tube.

This is a poor choice. I tried four different brands on DrugStore.com to lower my costs. This was the worst of the four for all the above reasons. Do not waste your money. Avalon Organics is much better.

This is an excellent product for sensitive skin. It is a brushless shave cream, which is far better than anything that comes out of a can, but is easy to use. It produces a thick lather and I had no razor burn or irritation afterwards.

I did not like this stuff at all it seemed very hard to shave with and I am much better off buying regular Barbasol shaving cream it works fine sadly i wasted my cash on this.

DIAPER RASH!!! This is the best product to help heal diaper rash we have ever tried. Someone's Grandma recommended it to us, but cautioned "Get the CREAM - NOT the aerosol. The aerosol is made differently; it includes alcohol which will burn the baby. We used the cream each time we changed the baby and the diaper rash cleared up in 3 days. Better than any other diaper rash product on the market. But remember - NO AEROSOL IN THE CAN GET THE CREAM IN THE TUBE!
Wash face with warm water. Leave wet. Shake can and hold upright. Press top to release lather. Use gentle strokes with a sharp razor to avoid irritation. Rinse the blade often during shaving.
