I have been trying every shampoo and conditioner out there to try and get my hair healthy again. It is naturally thin so something thickening or volumizing was my goal, this product was the answer. I researched online and found out about how bad and harsh sulfates are on your hair. Afer walking the entire [...] shampoo aisle and seeing every single shampoo had sodium laurel sulfate as the second ingredient I went to go buy chapstick and saw that burts had a shampoo and conditioner, checked the bottle, no sulfates!! After one use I could not believe how great my hair feels and looks, my boyfriend even noticed! It smells great, it makes your hair soft, manageable, thicker, and overall just feels AMAZING! I do also use the conditioner which I leave on for a few minutes then rinse, this also helps with the softness and shininess of the hair.Only problem is what others have said about the lather and it being really thin, you really do not need much lather but I have found that if you rub it in your hands a little bit before use it really lathers up better. You arent supposed to lather all of your hair anyways, just the scalp and while rinsing let it clean the rest, ask your hair stylist they will verify.Overall a great product and will be the new addition to my shower for a very long time to come!

Smells so yummy - works like a normal shampoo. Nothing revolutionary for my hair, but it was enjoyable to use!

Its just a great product

Won't buy again...most of Burt's Bees products are great so I was very disappointed when this product performed so poorly. It doesn't have much scent, I have to use a great deal to get a decent lather, and my hair is dry and "fly-away" after using. Would not recommend and won't buy again.

I've been using this shampoo for several months and I still love it. I was skeptical at first because I used a Burt's Bees shampoo years ago that had no lather and was hard to use. But I was desperate for something natural - everything else made my head itch all the time. So I decided to give this pomegranate shampoo a try. It's been great. It lathers nicely and smells wonderful. I wash my very long, pretty straight red hair about twice a week. I only apply the shampoo to my scalp, when I rinse the soapy water travels down the length of my hair and cleanses it just find without drying it out. Then I use the pomegranate conditioner and leave that on for several minutes. I have had NO itching while using this shampoo. I also use this on my three daughters with the same excellent results.

I will admit that I've only used this stuff for about two weeks, but I've been so happy with it. I suffer from psoriasis on the back of my neck/scalp, and most shampoos just irritate. I bought this shampoo after deciding to go with a more natural approach. When looking through the reviews, I noticed a lot of people complaining about "drying out" and I will agree that initially after shampooing, my hair does feel dry, but once I condition (I use bumble&bumble), my hair feels perfect. As well, there are complaints that it doesn't lather well - that's because there's no sodium laureth sulfate in the product (that's what makes it natural). Overall, I love this shampoo. (Oh, and it smells WONDERFUL.)

I have to admit I was a skeptic. I had tried natural shampoos before with terrible results and thought this would be no different. I totally bought this on a whim and it has been the best surprise impulse-buy I've ever had! My hair feels so light and healthy and super soft! I have very oily hair, so I alternate this with a Redken cleansing one twice a week, but for everyday use this is great. It is good for you (without all those harsh chemicals) and it smells great too. Did I mention how soft my hair is now!? :)

I think this shampoo is awesome. I have very fine thin hair and this does as good if not better as Bumble and Bumble's thickening shampoo. I haven't had any filmy buildup problems at all... in fact my hair is cleaner than with the Garnier product I was using before. I am going to buy the conditioner and make this my new shampoo.

I love Burt's Bees, but I hate this shampoo. My hair feels like straw after using it, and the addition of the conditioner doesn't help much. My hair is fine and in pretty good shape, so I have no idea why it's so harsh. I really regret spending the money on this. And it doesn't even smell very good.
