this is a great knee strap. i bought this for my trip to latin america where i knew i didn't want to wear a full support brace in the humid, hot weather. the massaging beads are my favorite part. it provides great support but the back of the strip digs in and isn't always comfortable. sometimes, i hit a sweet spot on how i secure it to my knee and it doesn't dig in, but that's only by chance. i haven't worn it for very active sports due to this reason.

I use this strap to help avoid arthritis knee pain after golfing or other heavy use times like touring or up and down stairs a lot. Wearing this brace means I don't end up in pain later.

I prefer this over other brands due to its great cushion in front and double velcro strap closure. You attach the brace first, around the knee, and then can adjust the tightness with the second strap closure.

I walk 2 miles a day and since using the knee straps I no longer have any knee pain at all

I am not a marathon runner but when I do run it helps to alleviate the knee pain I was having. It goes on easy but it could have more size adjustments (I don't have small legs).
The velcro seems to scratch a little when I am doing other types of deep knee bending but overall it is a good product. I just wish my Ortho would have suggested this instead of physical therapy
-these are a lot less expensive.

Stiching came loose on Velcro. Slips down the knee with exercise, compromising support.

This product does not fit even though it is advertised as "one size fits all".

Best strap to keep my kneecap in place so that I do not have any fluid build up after workout. The bast part is that it stays in place. Other straps come lose too often. So far this one has stayed in place 100% of the time.
