the product says "do not touch applicator" ... then says "apply and massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed" ... how do you massage except with your fingers on your hands? Still waiting for results ... you can bet I quickly washed my hands thoroughly.

I was looking for some non-prescription relief from peripheral neuropathy that began in pregnancy that has never fully resolved. Also, I have mild osteoarthritis in my feet. I should have known better, because I have had problems with severe burning sensation after handling hot peppers, but just didn't think about it. I went for a walk with socks and closed-toe shoes on about three-four hours after application. The burning became so bad I had to remove my shoes and socks and make my way back to the office barefoot. Then the burning stayed so bad I was trying to sleep with a wet towel around my feet. Finally I bathed my feet in cold milk, which helped enough that I could sleep, but I have twin toddlers, and it made for a hellacious weekend. The manufacturer should *not* put the insert on the inside of the carton -- it should be a separate, removable piece of paper.

This is a super product. My husband has very bad arthritis in his neck and back. This product relieves his pain and with the roll-on he doesn't get it on his hands and then end up rubbing his eyes. We love this product it really relieves his arthritis pain.

I never write reviews, but I had to comment on this product. I have tried numerous products to alleviate my neck pain that triggers my migraines. This product is awesome. I love it. It works fast. It doesn't stink. It doesn't get on my hands. I can't say enough good things about it. Fantastic. Terrific.

This product is great and it actually works. Don't be afraid of the bad reviews. People are not reading the directions AT ALL. It clearly says that the main ingrediant is from hot peppers. It tells you to wear gloves when applying and not to apply heat to the area in which the product was applied. Come on people! All ypu have to do is read and half of the complaints on here would have been prevented. This is the only thing that has worked on my arthitis. Try it!

I have crippling arthritis in my hands and three herniated
discs in my back. I get great pain relief from this product.
I like that I can roll it on and not get on my hands unless I
want to.

Be cautious when you use on you hands. I will wear
cotton gloves. If you get in you eyes even after it has
dried they will sting.

I still choose to use on my hands because it works
better than the pain pills, anti inflammatory drugs and
muscle relaxants for pain relief at times.

I first got this several months ago, I used too much and got blisters BUT if was All my fault, I stoped using it for a few months then saw it and thought I will use it sparingly because my knees and thumbs are so painful, I am soooo happy with the results that I am back for 2 more. Make sure to not overapply. I use it every 12 hours, and I make sure not to reactive it will water (shower) soon after using it or just before showering. It's taken away 90% of my pain, it's so remarkable!
