I agree with other reviewers in that it does not lather as well as "regular" shampoos. However, I can actually get a pretty good lather if I duck my head under the water once or twice after applying it to my hair. Once I got used to that, I really learned to love the clean feeling this shampoo provides.

I'm relatively disappointed with the conditioner, but I have no complaints with the shampoo. It seems to do it's job without any problems; and, it has a pleasant aroma that reminds me of curling up in a warm blanket with a cup of tea - it's comforting.

I have thick, straight hair nearly down to my waist and I like this shampoo/conditioner combo much more than the Kiss My Face stuff I used. No, this doesn't lather that much, but I think I actually use less of this than I did of the KMF. And the conditioner does great things with my hair. A couple tangles I have to comb out, but overall, this is the best natural sh/cond combo I've found. Don't notice the smell as being especially anything. Smells ok to me.

I think this might work well for someone with short hair or maybe fine hair. My hair is extremely thick and shoulder length. I know organic shampoos do not lather heavily, but this one has so little lather that I end up using a LOT of shampoo for my thick hair. The smell reminds me of an herb garden and is a little too strong for me. It might have something to do with all of that shampoo I am using!

One of the safest shampoos available. I'm a nutritionist, and I scrutinize labels. Most shampoos are carcinogenic, but I can't see anything in this one that is. In fact, it gives me hair added volume and feels great on the scalp. Love the gentle scent! Very natural and not overpowering.

Great stuff. I'm on my fourth bottle and stocking up on more with my drugstore.com dollars. For best results, use with the Blue Camomile Conditioner. My only complaint is that this is so hard to find locally. I can only find it online. The blue camomile shampoo and conditioner together leave my long dry hair tangle-free, clean, shiny, soft, and moisturized. What more can you ask for in a "natural" shampoo? Aubrey Organics is better for your hair, health, and environment than salon brands. After towel-drying hair, rub a tiny bit of organic sunflower oil through the ends of your hair for extra moisture and separation of hair. The oil is absorbed into your hair and doesn't sit on the surface. I think it makes styling easier and definitely protects the ends of your hair from dryness and splitting.

I've tried Aubrey shampoos in the past, and they were watery and didn't later well, so I was pleasantly surprised to find they've made them thicker, and this lathers well on my short, thick hair. I'm not too keen on the smell, though; I thought it would be calming, but it's quite strong and rather minty- not a fav scent of mine.

This is a really great shampoo. It leaves my long, thick hair soft and shiny. I have an oily scalp and dry frizzy ends and this leaves my hair well balanced--not flat, not frizzy. It doesn't lather a huge amount, but I've found it lathers better if I really soak my hair and don't squeeze any water out before applying shampoo.

This really worked well for me. It hydrated, but not too much. It's my favorite shampoo by Aubrey. Can't wait for the conditioner!

I didn't like it much. My hair was not hydrated or moisturized. I was sold on the "natural" stuff, but didn't work for me. My husband likes it more than me.
