This is a staple in my diet. I find it more satisfying than oatmeal, and consider the mix of wholegrains good nutrition. The flavor is not too sweet--pleasant--and works well with vanilla soymilk and/or added fruit.

I love the rest of the Kashi line. However, did NOT like this product at all. I've only eaten it once and have not been able to bring myself to eat it again! Maybe you'll enjoy it better than I did.

Yum! I added a few walnuts - really nice.

Good and filling. Not very much "vanilla" taste, in my opinion, but tastes good nonetheless.

This stuff is great. I shift away some of the sugar as I still think it is too sweet and add some oatmeal to it. Mixing the two makes for a great healthy way to start your day.

MMMMmmm! This is so good and satisfying. It is great for breakfast or a healthy snack and a great way to shake up an oatmeal rut. I really enjoy the blend of whole grains and the vanilla flavor that is not overpowering, just right. It is not too sweet so some may prefer to add a little sugar or honey. Raisins, bananas, blueberries or strawberries would be great in this too. I'm hooked!

Not a bad cereal, but must be eaten hot. Even a little on the cool side makes it taste like oak paste!
