I have used alot of razors and this one by far fell short. I bought it to take on a road trip and it's a one use razor and not worth the it. I had to put way to much pressure on it to get a good shave. The second time I ended up with major razor rash.

I am a big fan of Venus razors and have used them ever since they came out, but this one fell completely short of my expectations. The shave gel bars were sticky, gooey and messy and didn't allow the razor to glide smoothly over my skin. The gel also made my skin feel slightly itchy & irritated. And after the first time I didn't even TRY using this under my arms. Plus, when the bars dry out between showers, they just look gross. It's back to the regular Venus and shaving cream for me!

Use these and never go back to another brand! Pricey, yeah, but worth it, in my opinion. Very nice product. FINALLY, a razor for all over!

I bought this thinking it'd make things faster, which it did. There were several problems, though. I would like to say that it worked fine, but there's too many cons for me to buy the extra blades. First off, the shaving gel bar runs out FAST! It's also VERY messy. I also noticed I cut myself more with it than usual, because it was very slippery. The shave was close, but I hated pretty much everything about it.

When I saw this product on tv, I thought "Whoa thats amazing!" So, I tried it, and expected good results since it was from Venus. And, what you see is what you get.I absolutely loved it!!! I saved money because I didnt have to buy shaving cream, and plus, I wouldnt get shaving cream everywhere. It was perfect! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because when you wet the razor, the gel bars turn kinda gooey. Like, they still stay hard but theres a very gooey residue. But, aside that, it works great and I'll continue to buy it!

From the first day the Original Venus razor came out (light blue one) Ive always been a Loyal Venus fan. So far Ive tried everyone of their products (yes even the disposables) and this one is my absolute favorite. At first I was very skeptical about using no shaving cream but to my surprise I got a super close shave; no nicks, razor burn etc. A big plus, I'm able to shave my legs under 15 minutes and thats both legs. Great for the under arms too. Ladies if youre a busy gal like me or just want to try something new you will not be disappointed. By the way I dont know why everyone is making a big deal out of the shave bars being too gooey. For me they were perfect and they last for 2 weeks (I shave every 4 days because when I do shave the smoothness lasts for about 4 days). Also the bars smell so good too. A flowery/lavendery smell. Yes the replacements are a little expensive but its totally worth the green.

My mom got this razor for me a couple days ago, and I couldn't wait to try it. Well, I have to say, I don't remember the day when my legs were this smooth. I thought that the shave gel bars would get in the way, but no - they actually work! No shave gel necessary. The reason why I took one star away is because not only are the refill cartridges really big & they get gooey after being wet, but also they are mad expensive! I hope they lower the price soon. Otherwise, this is a very effective, high-end product.

When I first bought this, I thought, "Great. Now I won't get shaving cream everywhere while I shave." When I actually used the razor, it was awful. The gel got everywhere when wet, it was hard to shave with, and I quickly learned that you should never try to shave under the arms with the Breeze. Long story short, this was an awful buy.

These are really nice the first time you use them, close shave, well lubricated, and no cuts. But, that's about as many times as the blade and built in shaving gel will last. I fell in love with them at first, but for the price of the razors I'd say it's really not worth it if you can only get a one time use out of each one.

Expensive razor, not a close shave, bars do NOT lubricate well, and within a week the bars have worn down and fall off. I ended up shaving with what was left of the razor, using shaving cream. Save your money and use the original Venus or the Venus Divine.
