I keep this in my purse all the time and I hardly ever wear makeup. But when I need to look good, I just run to a bathroom (or in my car!) and poof some of this powder on & it makes a huge difference. MUCH better than the look of any pressed powder I have used. And it lasts a super long time!

I decided I wanted to try mineral makeup because I was tired of the heavy, greasy, cakey, feel and look I got with regular makeup. My face gets really oily with regular foundation and powders which causes me to break out more. I noticed the Jane product at a drugstore and decided to give it a try. I loved it! I love the lightweight, clean, and fresh look I get with this mineral makeup. I like good coverage but with the light and fresh feeling of not wearing makeup at all. So this worked perfectly! This makeup is for someone looking for lightweight, fresh feeling, good coverage. Not someone who looking for thick, heavier coverage like Mary Kay, etc. This makeup balances my skin tone and covers up my small imperfections but I would not recommend to someone looking to hide birthmarks, scars, or acne since it is light-medium coverage.

I use when I am not going anywhere "special". My skin is very oily & shiny so I need to powder my face. this is OK for a casual natural look since the coverage is light. The design of the container could be inproved. I would rate this product as fair.

This stuff is terrible. Do not waste your money. I have fair skin, and the fair foundation looks pretty good in the container, but it turned orange when I applied it on my face. I guess you get what you pay for.

Ive had this for a few months now and I have to say I like the coverage I get; however, it does not cover those pesky red breakouts. I apply concealer first then use this. Also, Im extremely fair and the lightest color is still a bit too yellow/orange for me. The applicator sponge is horrible! Buy a separate brush unless you like pounding your face with the sponge to get the powder out. Plus, the sponge gets all gunked up and gross.

Pop off the silly foam applicator, and you have the best mineral foundation. Other than there being less color choices in the Jane line, there is no difference between the formulation of Bare Minerals, which I have been exclusively using for two and a half years. I will be buying this again.

I am on my second bottle. I always despised the feel of liquid makeup, as it feels like an oil slick masque. I wanted something that I could build up as I used it, with a natural look. This is it. Now, people don't even think I am wearing any makeup. My skintone is fair with ruddiness, and it only begins to look "orangey" if I put too much on, which is my fault. 4 stars because the applicator is no good for me. I remove mine and use a brush.

It had great coverage and it was inexpensive, but I only gave it 4 stars because the container smelled weird, so I might move it to a different powder container. I like the packaging idea though.

I have bought alot of different mineral makeup and by far this is the best. The only thing that I can tell you for good coverage is to buy a kabuki brush. This is a must. I will from now on continue to buy Jane mineral makeup.
