I was a big fan of the nighttime pore cleanser, and this is an even better replacement. If you are looking for a BHA, you'll find none better, especially at this price! (Note - BHAs are usually more effective exfoliants than AHAs for acne sufferers) My skin feels silky and refreshed after applying, and this light lotion functions as a fine moisturizer for my pre-menopause, oily, acne-prone skin. In the summer I use this twice a day and in the winter I use it once. Wait about 10 minutes after applying before using benzoyl peroxide treatments, to give it time to absorb into the pores. It will help the BP do its job even better! My only suggestion for improvement would be less fragrance, for those of us who are sensitive.

This really helps my t-zone skin in the summer when all the humidity likes to mess with my pores! I have been using it every evening for years and it's the best thing I've found that helps stop clogged pores before they become a nuisance. I also find it keeps my skin super soft and even my doctor commented what nice skin I have for being in my late 30's.

I am over 50 and have combination skin. I use this when I have lots of little "bumps" that aren't full blow acne. I smear it on the whole area (usually edge of face where my hair seems to irrates and clog pores) and it works great. Because it is clear it is also good for preventing acne in problem areas, such as my nose. It does dry skin out if used constantly so I don't use it more than once a day, and no longer than three days in a row. But if you're skin is prone to acne you can probably use it more often

This is a great product. It is soothing and very moisturizing. I use it after washing my face with an acne scrub or mask, and I haven't had a pimple now for a few weeks. You only need to use a little bit because it spreads so nicely and evenly. It leaves my face feeling very soft and fresh. I have never had a problem with my skin becoming irritated or drying out with it, and I use it 2x a day. The only drawback for me is that it hasn't helped my blackheads or enlarged pores, so I'm trying other treatments for that while still using this moisturizer.

This product is by far the best find I have ever come across to battle combination skin acne! I have severly dry skin that is very sensitive to all the acne medication out there-and i've tried it all! This is the only one that really does moisturize at the same time it performs miracles on breakouts. I have out it in red, aggravated skin at night and woke up to all my complextion issues 95% resolved. I recommend this to everyone. It tops Clearasil, Oxy, Pro-active, you name it..it takes all over the counter meds and buries them under the table!

All I can say is that it helps the occasional pimple to heal quicker. I was disappointed when my local pharmacy (large chain store) stopped carrying this specific product. I was worried that Neutrogena stopped manufacturing the product. I'm glad to see that it's still available here (at least, for now).

On "hormonal" days, if I know I'll be inside all day, I use this rather than moisturizer. By the evening face washing, my skin is clearer - but not red, dry or irritated. If you have a whole hormonal week, you can use it every day without any problem.

It smells like cucumber or "cool cucumber" scented products. It's very nice. Soothing, moisturizing, clean, works great, no mess. It works well without drying skin, and for skin that isn't too dry, it can be used as a moisturizer. But some may prefer to use a moisturizer with it. But no matter what it definitely won't dry out your skin! I use it in the morning and night over my entire face and I LOVE it. It definitely will help with acne but you should still always use a good cleanser too.

I love this product it has cleared up my acne and makes my skin feel so soft. I use it with the power cream wash and toner. This is a the best regime I have ever used. The only down side is that it did not get rid of my blackheads.

Unfortunately after 2 weeks of trying this product, I was gradually overcome by an allergic rash in large areas of my face and neck. This started slow, so at first thought it was the healing process, but then it kept spreading and growing until I had to stop using this product. Three days after stopping, I'm still recovering slowly. The product did work good for acne! It's a shame I can't use it.
