I normally wear sneakers and reserve my 4" heels for nights out. Alas

This definitely works, I find it is especially great for the back of your heel. This in combination with good shoe inserts would make any pair of heels feel like a pair of your most comfortable sneakers (okay maybe not, but almost). I highly recommend them. You may find you have to reapply it if you are doing a lot of walking on a hot day though.

I couldn't get through soccer season without it! I put it on my children's feet where there is friction and they are good to go. I also use it frequently when breaking in new shoes.

This stuff seemed to work ok, it smells really good too. The one major downside was that it rubbed off on my shoes and stained the leather! It has kind of a greasy consistency so it didn't stay put as well as I would have hoped and now my shoes look like they got dunked in oil.

I just purchased this today. My shoes aren't new but they were giving me blisters. I put it on and it lasted all day, no more pain. I highly recommend this stuff and it's small enough that I could toss it in my purse and reapply if needed. They could do something about the cap so that it stays on better.

This worked well for me. After a long Chicago winter with my feet being in socks and boots, flip flops can really rub and blister. It's not incredibly long lasting, as others mentioned, and it is quite small for the price as well, but the small size makes it portable so that's a plus.

Works great, but doesn't last a long time. Don't expect to get through a day at the office without reapplication.

Pretty good, but wears off too quickly. Tried them out with several pairs of shoes, and had to reapply once every hour or so, depending on the material.

I'd been using the regular Blister Block cushions when breaking in shoes, but I would go through them so fast and they just didn't work well with certain styles of shoes (i.e. any shoe worn without socks). I bought the stick in a pinch, even though I wasn't really expecting it to work. I was wrong! It's a little strange applying it for the first time--I felt like I was applying deodorant to my foot! Regardless, this saved my feet; absolutely no painful rubbing, pinching or blisters. Not sure how effective this would be when wearing socks, but for sandals, skimmers, etc. this is the way to go. The stick also seems like it would last a while. I used it multiple times a day for several days when breaking in a particular pair of shoes, and I've barley made a dent in it.
