I'm on my feet all day at work and suffer from plantar fasciitis, these have helped tremendously.

I bought a pair for my mom as she was having some foot issues and her doctor recommended some arch supports. She says they're very comfortable and work well.

My doctor recommended I get orthotics for arch support to relieve my plantar fasciitis, but the samples provided were uncomfortable. I found these arch supports and have used them for over a year. I use the firmest support option and my feet stay happy for well over a month!

I was doubtful these would be all that helpful, but oh, how I was wrong. I have a pair now in my gym shoes and my favorite boots. My feet are singing their praises. I seem to gravitate towards shoes with very flat bottoms, like classic Uggs and sandals. This has been really hard on my poor arches. After installing these in my shoes, I realize how people really underestimate the importance of proper arch support. These are delicious. Seriously, your feet work so hard for you, don't they deserve to be treated right? I wear a size 6.5 and these were a perfect fit for me. Included in the package are 2 pairs of additional inserts (varying firmness): I prefer the inserts with the most support. They do wear out. After about 4 months of heavy daily use, I ordered a new pair and could really see how the arch on the older pair had lost it's shape. But totally worth it, in my opinion.

As an actual arch support, this isn't the best choice; especially if you have a very high arch. However, if you have a pair of ortho's from your foot doctor, these work well over the pair from the doctor; acting as JUST a cushion so the ortho's aren't so tough on your heels. I have the firm setting on these and use in conjunction with my ortho's and they work well this way. I can actually get back running now without pain (I have a horrid case of PF with a pinched nerve and heel spur) I'm actually getting a second pair so I don't have to keep switching from shoe to shoe.
