I've used this product for over 10 years and will never use another eye makeup remover. Klorane has nailed it! This product is so gentle and completely removes all eye makeup without tugging on the eye or leaving any residue. I can't recommend this product highly enough. It's the best buy on the market today and beats the over priced high end removers in dept. stores!

Klorane Soothing Eye-Makeup Remover is totally effective and yet safe and gentle. I'm very particular about what I use on and around my eyes, and this is the only eye-makeup remover I'll use. It is also one of a very few products (of any type) that I can and do recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation.

It works very well, easily takes off all the eye make-up. It doesn't leave any residue. I wear contacts and have sensitive skin and it didn't dry out my skin.

After a few tries, I find that I must remove eye makeup (especially mascara) with cold cream first, then use this, as it does not dissolve all the muck without a struggle. HOWEVER, this is a great makeup remover and skin tonic in one. I believe I used once before many years ago and forgot about it; the only comparable good experience with a skin tonic was lanc*me toner, either no longer made or too costly. THIS PRODUCT is a superb cleanser, economical, easy to control how much is used per application. An HONEST product for a change. Highly recommend!

This is the first eye makeup remover I've used that doesn't irritate my eyes.

Superior product. Gentle, soothing and totally effective. In my opinion, the best eye-make-up remover, beating out the big "name brands" in all respects.

I rarely write a review but, for this product I'll make an exception. I have tried many eye makeup removers and as with most, it takes a few swipes with a cotton ball/round to clean completely. However, this one is very gentle, it leaves absolutely no oily residue and does not sting my eyes. It's a bit pricey but, worth it. You don't need to use a lot so, 1 bottle lasts for about a year.

I used to use this product when I lived in Canada. I could never find it here. I would take a trip back and stock up. Happy I could find it here now.I don't know how people in the USA could use that oily eye makeup remover sold in America. [...]

I try many new products, but this eye makeup remover is so gentle and effective that I have been using it for years and have no plans to change. It also smells wonderful which is a plus for me. It is difficult to find in stores, so this is a great way to get it.
