Sprays on evenly and easily, but I spray from an 1 to 2 foot even angle. Dries quickly and is just an all around great product. No annoying smell.

I've only used this one time and I only bought it for my face/neck/chest area and today I am enjoying an even, natural looking glow. I sprayed in on my hands and applied like it recommended on the bottle and it was easy and smelled good. I know this is officialy a staple in my products to use. I'm a medium complextion and it's April and I haven't seen the sun since the past summer so it just gives a perfect little sun kissed look.

I have yet to find a sunless tanner that I can tolerate on my skin comfortably. They all seem to sit on my skin and feel sticky; and I've used many different types and brands, from sprays, lotions, and gels. I've had it professionally applied in a booth as well; it's always the same feeling.

But these products are essential to someone who doesn't want to bake in a bed or the sun to get that glorious glow. The trick is to EXFOLIATE! You don't need an expensive scrub. Take a hot bath, scrub your skin with a wash cloth and shave. If you don't feel completely squeaky clean, a couple of handfuls of baking soda will do an excellent job.

So, if I were to choose a self tanner as a favorite, then it would be this one. Why? The smell! It's sweet and citrus-y. I actually enjoyed using it. Be sure to let it dry as completely as you can. After you've let it sit for about ten minutes, you can rub the remaining sticky places into your skin; it won't hurt anything--just wash your hands after. Then put on a long sleeve pajama top and full legged pajama bottoms, turn up the AC and get some shut eye. The longer you can stand to leave sunless stuff on, the happier you'll be with your results.

If you get dark ankles/knees/elbows/cuticles, don't sweat it. Take a quick shower in the morning (no baths after sunless tanning; the chemicals haven't settled into your skin) and use that wash cloth again on those places vigorously. Most of it will rub off; the residue will work itself off in a day or two.

It took me 3 coats and about 5 hours to see a tan but it works for me.the tan is even and the smell of it isnt to bad not like most self tanning lotions/sprays.

This is my favorite self-tanner so far. It's less expensive than a professional airbrush tan but definitely takes some practice to perfect the application technique. Follow the directions and hold the can at least 6 inches from your body as you apply it. This will create a more even tan. Give it a few hours for the color to develop and touch up if/as needed. Love the hands-free application too! If areas (like knees) are a bit too dark, buff out the color with a loofah and lotion. Once desired color is attained, this can be applied once or twice a week to maintain.

I love this spray tan. I haven't used any other spray tans before, but I think my search stopped here. It's very much less expensive than other brands and I get compliments on my "tan" ...people don't know I did a tan in a can!! I have light skin and this tans me very natural looking, I use it on my legs. I use it twice a week to maintain. This took about 4-5 hours to fully develop color on me, which is pretty quick compared to the Jergens natural glow, which I also use on my arms but it takes a few days to develop. I will repurchase and this brand saves me a few bucks too! Thanks Banana boat!

I dont know what some of these people are talking about, I think this tanner is great,used many others in the past and this one hands down is awesome. I just hope they continue to make it. I really loved Coppertone's foam with the dual chamber,but they discontinued it awhile ago. And the smell is actually nice, citrusy. And as far as uneven coloring, people, you have to exfoliate thats why you are getting negative resulsts.

Overall I really like this product. The "tan" that this product provides is just a healthy looking glow. I would not recommend this product for people seeking a seriously dark tan. I have received compliments on my color and have been pleased with the tan, not orange, results. I have only used this product on my body (I have REALLY sensitive skin, too scared to use it on my face) and have not experienced any breakouts or itchiness from this product. I always apply this product after showering and exfloiating. I do rub the product in after spraying and have experienced no streakiness or blotchinees. The sprayer works well even upside down. So far I have gotten three uses out of the bottle covering my whole body. I probably have 2 more applications to go before I am out. The only bad thing about this product is that it stinks. It is not as bad as Jergen's Natural Glow but the smell does linger until my next shower.
