I have 56 food sensitivities, including yeast and sugars. I travel a lot with my job, and stopping for a sandwich is not an option. These bars satisfy and do not have anything in them I react to. I recommend drinking a glass of water with them. They taste okay - neither good or bad tasting. However, the energy is sustained energy(3-4 hours) until I have time to sit down to a full meal.

Since using these extend bars, I have lost more than 25 pounds. I needed something to tide me over in the times that my mind was telling me I was hungry yet I knew that there was no need to sneak an unwarranted snack. These bars keep me going for hours and allow me to go from meal to meal. Love them!!!

I received a free sample of these several months ago from a diabetic program ( I have type 2 & also suffer from dreaded M.S.) and I thought these were let's just say NASTY. The chocolate to me tasted fake and almost bitter, but then again I'm NOT a big fan of chocolate. For "candies" I stick only to those made with Isomalt/ Splenda and there are MANY better brands on the market sold in retail stores that don't taste so fake. I also eat LOW GLYCEMIC Clif bars--more of a quick meal/protein supliment that are 100% more nutritious plus ARE delicious and are made with all NATURAL ingredients-some of which are certified organic and NO ingredients like whats in these Extend bars that you can't pronounce
