When I tasted this Madagascar Vanilla Red Rooibos, however, I fell fast in love. It's got the wonderful richness and depth of a rooibos with the smoothness of the vanilla finishing the flavor. This tea is perfect plain or with some honey/sugar and cream. My local market stopped carrying it and my heart broke and I am SO happy to be able to get it online. Not to mention that the illustration of the lion enjoying tea time on the savannah makes me enjoy my beverage that much more! VS Most Liked Negative Review Yuk! It is by far the best rooibos blend I have tasted from a box. The aroma is full and soothing as well. Best part is that it's caffeine free. Enjoy anytime!

Comments about Celestial Seasonings Madagascar Vanilla Red Caffeine Free Rooibos Tea, 20 bags: I am a fan of rooibos as it is decaffeinated right off the bush, yet has all the antioxidant benefits of green tea. The vanilla in this blend adds a richness I really enjoy. This tea (really it is an infusion but everyone calls it a tea) is not at all bitter and is just fine without sugar if you are being super health-conscious, and almost decadently wonderful with a little sugar and milk. I like to brew mine in a big 20-24oz cafe au lait cup, filled almost to the brim with piping hot water, just one tea bag which I let steep for about 8-10 minutes, then add one scant teaspoon of sugar, and milk to taste. Marvelous!!

Since I discovered this product right here on the website, I've tried rooibos tea by other brands - none of them even came close to this one. This is an anytime-of-the-day type of tea. You can drink it alone for its light yet mellow taste; or add milk/cream for a luxurious & silky smooth twist. I suppose the calming and soothing factor comes from its vanilla aroma. I drink it quiet often, so I always order at least 2 boxes every time and I hope they NEVER EVER discountinue this product

At first I ordered just one box so I could try it. I tried it and OMG the best flavor tea I have ever drank. I ordered 4 more boxes. Very smooth and a nice vanilla taste. Strange aroma kinda like tobacco but I really enjoy the taste. I steep in hot water and add stevia or honey. I drink Celestial Seasonings Antioxidant Max Green Tea Blackberry Pomegranate on a regular basis but now I added this tea too.
