This is really easy to use just glide it over the spot that needs fixed and it's erased. It can get kinda greasy so sometimes I have to use a q-tip to remove the product that's left over but I really like it and it does not smudge all of your makeup.

I discovered this pen at an airport store when I had to replace a makeup bag I'd left at home. What a FIND! I like it better than other methods of removing makeup. Because of its form -- the crayon-like tip -- it is more precise around the delicate eye area. Yes, it is oily. All makeup removers are oily, that's what makes them work. But it is not messy the way wipes or cotton balls can be. You simply draw over the makeup you want to remove, and then gently wipe with a tissue. No muss, no fuss.

When I get out of the shower, my mascara (waterproof) leaves a slight shadow under my eyes. I use this product to gently remove it. If I didn't have this, I would have to use an oily makeup remover, then have to wash the oil off, then have to tug on the gentle eye area trying to get the residual off.

FANTASTIC. This is absolutely an essential for me. I have one in my purse and one in my medicine cabinet... if a little smudge gets above or below, it just takes it off instantly. I've tried Q-tips etc and it always is such a mess... this is a miracle.

It's an ok product but its definitely oily, so I have to wipe and reapply powder if I don't you can tell somethings not right around my eye. Not good enough for me to buy again water on a Q-tip works just as fine if not better.

This product is OK but it is oily so when you use it, you have to dab it off. It acts like baby oil, if you use it for removing mascara under your eye, it does smudge the spot too so you have to go over it a few times then wipe the oil off.

I'm very happy with this product. I was worried that when it removed the makeup mistake it would take all the makeup underneath it off too, such as a masacara slip and then the eye shadow is removed too. This just isn't the case! It removes the smudge and leaves everything else intact! I find the best way to use it is to gently tap the makeup smudge just until it's removed. Then, with my finger, I gently tap the spot I just cleaned to sort of dry it and then sometimes need to just dust a bit of powder back over that spot. I then just sort of roll the tip quickly over a tissue to clean it and I'm done! Excellent product, I recommend anyone who wears make up to have on hand in thier kit!
