Start with clean, dry lips.  Apply a thin, even coat of Lip Color on lips.  Wait until completely dry (1 minute) then brush on Ultra-Glossy Top Coat.  Re-apply Ultra-Glossy Top Coat throughout the day as often as needed.

How to Remove:  Use any oil based makeup remover to remove Co-Stars.  Remove all Lip Color before reapplying fresh Lip Color.
