I'm usually a brand product buyer when it comes to my skin but this stuff is pretty good. It has all the benefits of cocoa butter...slowly fades discoloration and scars but the best part is it has no smell! That's the one thing I can't stand about cocoa butter. So this is perfect if you want scentless mousterization. Makes skin very soft. I would buy in stores..but it's hard to find, I've found most stores don't carry the fragerence free version.

lotion awesome container terrible

This is a wonderful product. It has no fragrance so it is perfect for anyone with allergies. It absorbs into the skin well and is the perfect sunburn relief lotion. Best use judiciously on a sunburn 2-4 times a day and the burn will turn to a perfect tan with minimal peeling.

The pump bottle on the other hand sucks rocks big time. The lotion is so thick that it forms a whole in the center and doesn't pickup the lotion. The pumps don't spring back to pump again without a lot of pulling effort. I have to take the cap of completely and squeeze the bottle the old stlye bottles worked much better and I have been using Palmers at least 30years.

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use this when I got it because of other people's comments about the poor packaging. I got it and it worked fine. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I am allergic to fragrance and have always been jealous of people who can use coco butter products - they're usually scented. This is unscented but has a natural light scent of chocolate. It is amazing. Absorbs well and gentle enough for me to use on my face. It seems to soothe my red patches on my face. I cannot say more about this product. I just got my first and I'm back buying a second because I can't stand the thought of running out of it. Get it!

I have been using this product for years, and love it as a moisturizer, especially in the cold weather. I also love its chocolate smell. I ordered this in haste, and didn't realize that it was fragrance free. So instead of smelling yummy, I think that it smells unpleasant.

I think the lotion is fine, though it doesn't smell great.

The problem is the package. The lotion is too thick to be drawn up the straw to the pump. My pump broke before ever getting any lotion out of it. I unscrewed the cap, and the lotion is so thick that it held onto the straw, which popped free of the pump. I tried using tweezers to get the straw out and nearly lost them into the bottle too.

I also tried squeezing the bottle to get lotion out, but it's really too thick for that.

I'll have to try a butter knife next, to see if I can get any of the lotion out.

It doesn't really matter how good or bad the lotion itself is, because I can't get to it. It was a waste of money and time.
