I compared a couple higher-end/more expensive brands that serve the same purpose, ingredient per ingredient, and they all weighed-in approx. the same. I used a bottle/tube/jar of each, compared the results, and returned to drugstore.com and bought a dozen units (seriously). I use approx. 1 tube every 2-3 weeks. It feels great, especially in the hot weather because one of the ingredients is menthol which totally helps the cool-down post-workout. This stuff really works for me, but I think my other regimens in conjunction with the use of this cream (gel) aids the process. There is no magic cream out there that will work miracles, but with diligence, patience, and time (at least 6 weeks) you will probably see noticeable results. It goes without saying that regular aerobic exercise will speed-up the process (shrinking the fat cells); but the most important factor in reducing the lumpiness/dimples is to increase the circulation in your legs in any way you can (to break-up and "distribute more evenly" the fat cells). I use salt scrubs regularly (4-5X/week - I don't recommend this, it's just what I do), daily deep tissue massages (not from a professional, but by myself with hand-held massage tools). The catch with any of these types of products is if you're not diligent & disciplined and willing to put in all the effort required, you won't see results, so don't waste your money.

Its strong and will give you a cold sensation the first couple times you use it that will last for a good while, as well as come back if you sweat at all. Its no miracle but it seems to be working pretty well for the price
