These packets work wonders. I have three grown sons and five grandchildren ranging in ages 2 - 19, so if you think any of them take time to rinse out the dishes before stacking them, well its just not true. No matter what though, after using these Cascade packets, my dishes and silverware all come out spotless - each and every time. I find they are too pricey in this store however.

Perhaps dispenser cup size varies with dishwasher model, but the "Action Pacs" are too big for mine. I struggle to close the dispenser without puncturing the package. If and when I am able to successfully close the dispenser, the product is effective. My glasses had a lot of cloudy residue on them, and after the second (not first) wash, they were much clearer. But I would greatly prefer the "pourable" boxed version of this product -- I wish it was not so notoriously difficult to find.

I like these dishwasher tablets because I believe they help to kill any germs as well as clean my dishes, pots, glassware,, and silverware. I have no complaints. I am glad that Drugstore.com carries this product since it is not easy to find locally. Thank you.

I originally got this thinking it would save waste and be easy for hub and kids to use. However, what you are buying is a lot of non-earth friendly plastic and the results are no better than using the same brand in powder form. Many times, depending on where you put the capsule, it doesn't even dissolve. How well can something clean when it isn't even dissolved? Now I am back to my regular powder, and we are all re-trained to be careful how to fill the dispenser to reduce waste. My dishes are clean, and my pocketbook is happier with the regular powder. This is OK if you are traveling, but otherwise I'd advise to avoid.

This is the only product I have found that removes tea and coffee stains in my cups AND removes the stains that spaghetti & other tomoato based foods leave on my tupperware. It has a clean scent and is easy to use... just pop it in!

This makes using the dishwasher an absolute pleasure. There is no mess! You simply put the little pouch in the place where the detergent goes and that's it. No detergent buildup in the cup, no messy flakes around. I love this stuff. It cleans well - all the power of the loose-powder Cascade, no mess, nice scent. This is a great little product.
