I've suffered from reoccuring yeast infections/ external yeast infection symptoms for years. It was miserable, and nothing seemed to fix it. I had a gynecologist recommend this specific product on the basis of a possible soap alergy, and she was right. Whatever the difference is, after years and years, all symptoms are completely gone. I had to stop using the Summers Eve for about a week while out of town, and I will never forget it again. It may not smell glamorous, but it sure works great.

It's a mild cleanser for external use only. Could not live without it. Products which don't not lather easily are the safest because the foaming agents Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate increase your risk of vagina infection. Ignore reviewers who complain that it doesn't lather/foam up much. Product could be improved if it were color- and fragrance-free but it's still a must-have.

great for everyday use

I bought this to replace using soap. I love it! It works so much better than your regular bar of soap. It doesn't have the most appealing smell, but in the end, it definitely helps with odor control!
