What can I say? I used to use Desquam-X 10% gel for spot treatment (way too strong for covering your entire face), but this stuff is just as good, if not better, because I feel it gets rid of my acne better than Desquam-X 10% gel without the drying. Desquam-X 10% gel also costs more because my insurance doesn't cover it, so this helps. I was my dermatologist's worst case, but after a dose of Accutane, I maintain using Desquam-X 10% Wash and this. Good stuff.

This is a great product. I like this better than anything I have tried (Clearasil and Neutrogena), but I would recommend wearing a moisturizer just so you don't get too dried out.

I use to have a roommate who had a great product by Mary Kay, and since I moved out I didn't have the option to get a hold of the medicine right away so I opted to go to the drugstore. I bought this and thought that it would work. After putting it on my chest and face the night before, I awoke to big red blotches that looked worse then the a few pimples on my chest and face. :(

This product is great for mild acne but if you want real results with Benzoyl Peroxide, go with a prescription blend. Make sure you don't use this around your eyes because they might swell up while you sleep.

This is the best non-prescription spot acne cream that I have ever used (Clearasil and Oxy caused more drying and peeling than this despite being the same strength)!! I never expect my blemishes to clear up overnight, as that's just unrealistic with me, but this product usually shrinks them considerably and doesn't irritate my skin like other products I've tried. I've been using it for years!

This is not a miracle worker, but it's the best acne remedy you're going to get without a prescription. I wouldn't recommend it to people with dry skin, because it will only further dry your skin. But that's exactly why it works for those with slightly oily to very oily skin. I'm extremely pleased with this product. It does not prevent all breakouts, but it speedily (within one to two days) clears them when they occur, and with regular use it prevents about 60% of the acne I used to get.

I have used almost every acne product there is, and this one seems to be consistent at helping clear my skin. I have used it along with other types of acne treatment, and it really seems to help. I think it may be better for people who have oily skin, because it may dry your skin out. If you have oily skin, then it seems to balance it out.
