This product really rocks. I have not severe acne for months. Have tried all kinds of products, including some expensive ones. This is the best; it really prevents new breakouts from forming, and gives my skin a chance to heal. This is a little bit dry and smells not that good. The ingredients in this product don't seem to have any beneficial effect whatsoever, and the smell is awful. I don't like how it doesn't go on smoothly over other face products, and how my husband can smell it on me! Other products are more user friendly and have better results.

I've had acne for years, and I've used everything, including Accutane (which worked like a charm - but the results only lasted a couple of years). This is pretty good, although probably not much better than a benzoyl peroxide product. It is rather drying, and the tint is an unpleasant shade. The biggest drawback is that it contains a very strong perfume to cover up the sulfur smell, and it can be overpowering. I'd recommend using this in conjunction with another product for better control.

I've had moderate to severe acne from age 12 through college and this is the first product I have found that I can use on a regular basis that really works to prevent new breakouts. Everyone's been asking me what magical stuff I've been using on my skin lately. I have very sensitive skin, and while this product can be very drying when used too frequently, it has caused no painful irritation or allergic reaction. The cream is also great for shine control. Even though the positive results of this treatment are dramatic, it does have two slight drawbacks worth mentioning - a little goes only a very short way, so the tube is used up much more quickly than I expected, and...this cream is 8% sulfur, and the scent really gives that away. In fact, for the first few weeks, my boyfriend would refuse to kiss me for an hour after I put it on. So enjoy the beautiful results of this treatment, but don't use it right before a date.

I have tried MANY different types of acne care, including doctor prescribed medicine. I have been using this along with the Clearasil total control cleanser for one week and have seen great results already! It has cleared up my existing acne and has prevented any new pimples from forming! My skin is even softer! It's by far the best acne spot treatment I have ever used! I'm very pleased with this product. My skin is very sensitive and does not respond to traditional acne products. This product does not dry out my skin or leave it red and inflamed. The solution my dermatologist has is to prescribe an oral medication, which I don't want to use. I've had mild adult acne for 10 years (I'm 34), and it drives me crazy. This product has made an immediate difference and I've only been using it for three weeks. I apply it once at night. My only complaint is that it's tinted and it does not match my skin tone. However, since I only use it at night, it's OK. I will definitely buy this again when the tube is gone.

I use to have breakouts once a month and now I don't have this problem anymore. I will continue to use Adult Care Clearasil. I introduced Adult Care Clearasil and a peach or beige soap to my family. They like the results they receive from the peach soap or beige soap and Adult Care Clearasil.

I've had acne since I was 15. I'm 24 now and have used many products. I would categorize all spot treatments into 3 categories: Ones that dry out the spots; Ones that reduce the spot size; and Ones that basically just kill the bacteria of acne in the skin. None have fallen into at least two categories. This is definitely the first. I get a really good feeling after applying this. My skin is a mix. This works great to dry out the acne from the skin, but it doesn't help with reducing the size of spots and zits already there. Over a longer period of time I would use this vs. benzoyl products that burn and irritate.

I'm very sensitive to benzoyl peroxide, and I was already using (with only moderate effectiveness) a salicylic acid product, so I went hunting for a spot treatment that used a different active ingredient that would actually work. This is the product I found, and WOW - it's great! I put it on a really ugly zit once a day for three days, and the sucker is gone, without a trace. What's more, my face hasn't exploded like it does when it meets benzoyl peroxide. Hoorah!

This product works great! I like it 100 times better than any other products. It clears up acne quickly and doesn't dry out my skin. My only problem is that it is very hard to find in stores.
