This stuff works! I am not hot on the aluminum in it, and have tried crystal stick to no avail, so I decided this was worth a shot. It smells good too; sweet and fresh, a bit strong, but to me it's good, and it does last a long time. Worth the extra money if you sweat a lot!

Maybe it's just me, but none of these clinical strength deodorants work. I think the smell of it and my perspiration make me smell even funkier than without any deodorant. I will NOT buy this again and will continue to be on the search for a deodorant that will work for me. Glad to see it has worked for so many others though. Kudos to you guys!

I clean houses and was perspiring a lot in this heat. Tried this product and love it. I do not like the double cap, sometimes they come off together and it makes a mess and you loose product. They should make the base cap so it does not come off easily.
Important note: Secret Clinical Strength Advanced Solid is for underarm use only. Consult with your doctor if you need antiperspirant protection anywhere else on your body. Apply at bedtime. It will work while you sleep to reduce excess perspiration. It will continue to protect you throughout your next day even if you bathe or shower the next morning. If you apply in the morning, you will still get strong wetness protection; however, for optimal performance apply at night. A light layer of Secret Clinical Strength Advanced Solid is recommended. Customize the protection that's right for your personal needs by adjusting the amount dispensed. The average dose is 2 clicks per underarm.
