I did not have much success with this product. It smelled bad and left white residue on my skin, I did not find that it did much for treating existing acne or preventing acne. I have tried a wide range of acne products and this is not one I would buy again.

This is part of my new skin care regimen which I have been using for a week now. My skin is really, really clearing up. I generally get cystic acne and have none right now! The only things that are being a little stubborn are a few remaining blackheads on my nose, but again it has only been a week and they too are clearing up.I have combination, acne-prone skin that's slightly oily but gets very dry and flaky when I apply acne creams (benzoyl peroxide).My routine consists of this:A.M.:1. Look for it on [...] or elsewhere) and each work in their own individual way to create clear, healthy-looking skin. After having tried countless acne regimens, I finally have one that really works for me and I'll be sticking to it until I can't find the products anymore.I've also been taking a multivitamin, alpha lipoic acid supplements containing biotin, and have just started taking zinc supplements.

Use this cream twice daily and you will be pimple free no matter your skin type. Just make sure to moisturize since it might dry your skin out in dryer air.

Ok. This thing takes time to work, I usually use this after I wash my face at night and wear a thin layer around my acne prone areas (usually t-zone). I wouldn't recommend wearing this during the day. Sometimes its hard washing this thing off during the morning. But as I said, LIGHT LAYER. It can also be used to spot treating as well, it usually takes about a good three days to reduce size and kill it. After its gone you should put a lot of this stuff on the spot so it wont come back. And dont ever skip application of this stuff at night, I recently switched soap and I stopped using this and now I find I have to go back and buy another because I'm breaking out again... this stuff really works and it takes time. It sometimes dries out your skin, so after all your acnes gone make sure to exfoilate to get the dead skin off. It really works! I wouldnt recommend it for severe acne, but BUY IT. Just do it.

This product is great! I bought it hoping for a product that would clear up occasional breakouts overnight, and it really lives up to my expectations! If the spot isn't completely healed, it is at least smaller/less red, which is such a relief! While the size is small, mine has lasted over 2 months so it is definitely worth the price!

i have lots of skin issues...older woman with thinning skin, allergies, rosacea and even more! This is an excellent product for me...of course we are all individuals, however, this not only deflates "pimples" or rosacea papules, it also holds off the arrival of more and does this without inflaming my skin or sending me into an itch fit. I do apply it to specific spots but I also apply a thin film all over my face, let it dry(takes a moment) then I rinse/wipe off. Better results than all the other benzoyl peroxide products...I have used them all!

I use this daily to prevent blemishes. it works great and its easy to use.

I bought this product due to my preferred one being sold out. I used it for about 2 weeks, on my entire face like I always have. It wasn't as effective as the Zapzyt cream I was using (also Benzoyl Peroxide, but 10%). It claims that it's as effective as 10% Benzoyl Peroxide products, with less irritation. But for something that only had 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide, my skin seemed to dry out and tighten up more. I switched back to my old cream, which I apply to my entire face every night. Now I use this product on random pimples that I'll get every now and then. It seems to be doing a good job of healing on-the-spot... not so much for the entire face.

It works as it says - simply put the product on when you feel a pimple coming on; zap 24-48 hrs later its gone.

I bought this product after reading the rave reviews. Before that I used the similar product buy Clean&Clear, which was a nightmare for my skin but pretty effective on my adult acne. My skin used to peel all over, and someday I just couldn't choose which was better: getting rid of a zit or having to deal with flaky inflamed skin patches after the use of Clean&Clear. I tried Neutrogena on the Spot acne treatment in total disbelief, desperate and ready for adverse effects. But guess what? None followed! This product is amazing. It does what it claims to do - gets rid of acne and is very gentle on my skin. Moreover, I use generous amounts of it on my problem zones, even when I don't break out, and it keeps me clear for over a year already. Seriously, give it a shot!
