This most current one wouldn't go away and was embarrassing. But, using the On the Spot treatment twice a day has made a huge difference in just 3 days. It's not gone yet, but it's noticeably smaller. It's not as painful as well. I also have sensitive skin, and this didn't make it red, peel or itch, unlike other products I've used. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| It works very well, just ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 6/13/07It works very well, just don't overdo it. At first I used it twice dailiy but it left white peely residue. But it did clear up my skin. Now I just use it most nights; just a dab on problem areas. It works so well I stopped wearing makeup. It did take some time, a couple of weeks. I was getting those big jaw line pimples and some big forehead ones as well. Its also really good for blackheads. I still get the occasional zit but not nearly as bad. | i find that my sensitive ... by brittany in Undisclosed on 3/25/07i find that my sensitive skin reacts better to benzoyl peroxide better than salicylic acid, so this on the spot treatment is one of my favorites. If I notice a zit is about to appear or I feel a tender spot on my skin, I rub the area with it. I usually apply it at night before I sleep, and I wake up with reduced redness and clearer skin. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 is if I already have a white head, then it does very little to help it. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I use this every night before bed, and in the morning my pimples are almost completely gone: They're a lot smaller and less inflamed looking in general. The best thing about this spot cream though, is that it's really gentle on my skin. I have sensitive skin and can't use other acne creams because they sting so much that my skin is visibly irritated. But this treatment is different. The only thing pained are my zits - it doesn't even sting. Neutrogena is a god-send. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Be patient with the ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 3/17/07Be patient with the product, and you will be happy. Don't expect any miracles when you put the medicine on and expect your pimple to be gone the next day. It takes time for it to work, if you keep using the product, eventually the pimple will go away a lot faster than normal.
Some bad things about this acne treatment is that like all other Benzoyl Peroxide treatments, it dries out your skin and makes it look red. A moisturizer is a must.
As for me personally, I had terrible acne ALL over my face/jawline. This is the only thing that worked. Within about a month using this product, my skin was very red, but I also noticed my acne going away. After about 2 and a half mounths, the redness was almost all gone, as was my acne. I still occasionally use this product because I noticed that if you stop using this product for an extended period of time, the breakouts will come back. If you are like me and suffered from really bad acne, this product will work great for you. Just be patient. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| It doesn't really work on ... by Jessica in Compton, CA on 2/15/07It doesn't really work on my blemishes, and it takes a few days to dry up zits. But it works especially well on those blackheads on my nose. I've been trying means and ways to curb that problem and I've finally found the solution now :D The cream minimizes the pores on my nose and it helps prevent blackheads longterm with daily usage. Be sure to moisturize with a heavy enough moisturizer, because my skin felt dry and flaky even though I used aloe vera. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

However, in the summer, I will need something stronger because of the heat and oil that builds up on my skin. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
