It smelled horrible, didn't dry clear, and didn't work for even half a day. I threw it away after one use. This is the first deodorant that causes itching for me. Years ago, Mitchum was my deodorant of choice, and of course, it did not cause itching for me, then. Unfortunately, I can not find the XX gel anymore, so I tried this product. It goes on rather wet and sticky and takes a while to dry. Also I dislike the scent. I will not buy this again. Never lets perspiration take over, never allows you to have an odor. Simply a great product. Comments about Mitchum for Women Power Gel Antiperspirant & Deodorant, Shower Fresh, 2.25 oz: Although I'm a lady, I've been using the men's formula, Mitchum Mountain Air clear gel deodorant/anti-perspirant, for years. When they say odor & wetness is controlled all day & night, boy, do they deliver that. But I was tired of the fragrance of Mountain Air (it's great, I just got bored w/ it). So I bought this & hoped the ladie's formula would work the same, but w/ a slightly different fragrance to it. I hate powdery scents w/ a passion, so the Shower Fresh version of this line is the only one I'll go for. I also will only use a clear gel, no-white-mark product. This does work the same as the male version- if I can't shower for some reason, but used this on day one after a shower, I still have no BO on days two & three, without re-application of this. I consider that to be very impressive. I just wish the lovely fragrance of this product was a little stronger. I'm probably in the minority on that- but it's a nice fragrance, and I'd like it to linger a bit. But at least it doesn't clash w/ my perfume (Estee Lauder pleasures). Mitchum rocks! The only issue I have with this product is that you do have to wait to let it dry, or it feels sticky.
