Ugh, terrible product. Unfortunately, I was forced to give it one star. It made my face all red and itchy - probably an allergic reaction. Plus, I only buy cruelty-free products, and this is not listed as such.

I have very sensitive and dry skin, so of course this didn't help at all with that at first. I did find a way to use it though, which helps to not dry your skin out and allows you to still use the product. What I recommend doing is using it after you exercise. Wash your face with it and after use a creamy lotion that wont clog your pores. I recommend Clean and Clear lotions. Then don't put on any makeup afterward. The key is to only use it no more than once a day and sparingly, with a moisturizer. Use something else before you go to bed and when you get up in the morning. I now have clean and clear skin!!! (Exercising and drinking water helps a ton too!)

I found this product to be very drying (and I have oily acne-prone skin). While using this wash, I found myself having to slather on moisturizer to fight the flakes, only to cause more breakouts. I used half the bottle & then threw it away.

This product dries out my skin...literally. I use this in the morning and night. And in the morning I use it before I put my foundation on. The flakes are so horrible. If you use this, you should use a lotion after.

I've used this product on and off for several years with mixed results. In the summer when my skin is usually more oily it works great. However, in the winter my skin is extremely dry and it doesn't seem to help...it only makes it more dry. Overall, when I use it in the less skin drying months I have had awesome results with it. Cheap too!

This is the best face wash I have used. At first I was using Dove, but that doesn't help your acne at all. You might as well wash your face with something that will cleanse it while also fighting and controlling acne. This does the perfect job. I recommend this to everyone who has mild to moderate acne.

I have used this product for a long while and still have problems with oily skin. After washing my face, it did feel fresh and was a mild cleanser- yet I felt like it didn't do the job concerning oily skin. It also didn't help very much with my overall acne. I wouldn't recommend this product as a fix it solution to acne problems, but would recommend to those with little to no skin problems. It would be a better face wash than using regular soap.

Best all around acne wash I've used. Keeps your skin soft and makes breakouts go away faster. I don't find it harsh, and my skin is sensitive.

I have used Neutrogena Acne Wash for over a year now. This product is amazing. It was recommended to me a long time ago by my dermatologist and it's wonderful. I also use ProActiv, but I find that the facial wash doesn't fully clean away all my makeup, so I use Neutrogena Acne Wash to rinse my skin. I use the Proactiv toner and lotion afterwards and mixing these two completely different products has worked well for my skin. I love it! The Acne wash completely cleans away all my makeup! I've been using Neutrogena Deep Clean, and now I got a chance to try the Oil Free Acne Wash and it's even better. I would definitely recommend everybody to try it out, especially those of you who have oily skin. This product is oil-free and it's best suited for you. I would love to give more than 5 stars to this product, but 5 was the highest I could choose.
